The situation

A Mumbai premium developer launching a residential tower on the Eastern Express corridor. In-house team had run Meta + Google for 6 months with a stagnant cost per qualified lead of ₹4,200. Site visit conversion was poor, NRI buyer share was under 8%.

What we did

Rebuilt creative around the NRI investor mindset (yield, location, comparable Dubai pricing). Restructured Google by intent stage (research / consideration / decision). Moved lead handoff from email to WhatsApp Business API — site visit booking rate doubled within 14 days.

The outcome

CPL settled at ₹1,800 by day 47 — a 57% reduction. Qualified site visits tripled. NRI buyer share grew from 8% to 31% of the booking pipeline. Engagement extended for 18 more months.

The situation

Dubai-based brokerage selling off-plan units on Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai South to Indian + global NRIs. Lead quality was low — most "leads" never qualified to a site tour. Cost per qualified lead hovered at $90.

What we did

Repositioned creative for investor-buyer psychology (yield projections, payment plans, exit liquidity). Geo-stack: India tier-1 cities + UK + Singapore. Added pre-qualifying form before WhatsApp routing. Built a fractional CRM dashboard to track lead → tour → booking conversion in real time.

The outcome

CPL dropped to $28 on qualified leads. Tour-to-booking conversion improved from 6% to 14%. Two units sold in month 3 alone — a $2.4M revenue contribution against a $9K total agency fee.
